Service Technician
Our service technicians will serve our company and our customers by diagnosing and repairing heating and air conditioning systems.
As a service technician, you will adhere to our company policy and procedures as they relate to philosophy, safety, and our code of ethics.
In this position, you will represent our company so professional appearance, expertise, and demeanor are pre-requisites to your success. Previous experience is required.
Other requirements for this position:
- Minimum of three years of field experience.
- American Standard, Trane, or Mitsubishi experience preferred.
- Must pass a drug test and background check.
- Pay based on skill level and experience.
- Benefits include health insurance, and paid vacation (after one year).
Install Helper
An Install Helper will serve the company by assisting the installer with the installation of new heating and air conditioning systems.
As an HVAC Install Helper, you will adhere to our company policy and procedures as they relate to philosophy, safety, and our code of ethics. In this position, you will represent our company so professional appearance, expertise, and demeanor are pre-requisites to your success. Previous experience is preferred required.

- Minimum of one-year field experience.

Lead Installer
Our Lead Installer will serve the company through the expert installation of heating and air conditioning systems.
As an HVAC lead installer, you will adhere to our company policy and procedures as they relate to philosophy, safety, and our code of ethics. In this position, you will represent our company so professional appearance, expertise, and demeanor are pre-requisites to your success. Previous experience is required.
Other requirements for this position:
- Minimum of two years of field experience.
- American Standard or Trane experience preferred.
- Journeyman gas-fitter license a plus.
- Must pass a drug test and background check.
- Pay based on skill level and experience.
- Bonus Pay.

Electrician
Sun Air is seeking skilled and licensed Electricians to join our growing team. Our electricians play a vital role in providing high-quality electrical services for residential HVAC and solar installations, ensuring safe and efficient electrical systems for our customers. You’ll be responsible for electrical work related to HVAC installations, solar panel systems, electrical panel upgrades, and general home electrical services. If you’re a motivated individual with a strong technical background and a commitment to excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for residential HVAC systems, solar panels, and battery storage systems
- Perform electrical panel upgrades, rewiring, and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with HVAC and solar installation teams to ensure seamless project completion
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local building codes and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and explain technical information to clients as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites
Qualifications:
- Licensed electrician in the state of California
- Proven experience in residential electrical work, including panel upgrades, wiring, and troubleshooting
- Experience working with HVAC or solar systems is a plus
- Strong knowledge of local electrical codes and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
